She has led work across EMEA and North America for the world’s most influential brands, including Estée Lauder, Clinique, Nike, The Coca-Cola Company, Pinterest, and more, delivering research and insight that shape brand strategy and unlock new audiences. 

As the first ever Associate Director at Word on the Curb, she has transformed the Research and Insights function into a commercially driven, mission led team, elevating its influence at board level and redefining how insight drives investment, innovation and performance. Within her first year of joining the business she had tripled revenue, demonstrating her ability to create sustainable growth for the business.

She is an Alumni of The Marketing Academy, placing her among the top 1% of talent across marketing and advertising. 

Motivated by her passion to ensuring inclusive and diverse leadership is accessible to all, she is also a mentor for The Marketing Academy Foundation, championing access to the industry for underrepresented communities.

She was named a Future 100 Leaders honouree, recognising her as one of the most promising leaders shaping the future of media.
