Advita is an award-winning expert in internal communication and employee experience. As the founder of CommsRebel, she has worked with numerous organisations to build confident and inclusive workplaces through the power of effective communication. 

With more than two decades of experience, Advita is committed to helping leaders understand how effective communication can transform cultures, enabling their colleagues to thrive rather than just survive. Alongside CommsRebel, Advita is the co-founder of A Leader Like Me, The Belief Builders and The Asian Communications Network. 

She's the serving President of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations, and in 2023, she co-authored a best-selling book, Building a Culture of Inclusivity, with Priya Bates. She is currently writing her second book, Decoding Confidence: The Seven Habits of Confident Leaders.
