Alison Rattary-Clarke

Alison Rattary-Clarke is Joint Managing Director at Fall Off The Wall, a female-led creative production agency specialising in 3D and CGI audio visual content. With over 20 years' experience, Alison is known for her strategic leadership, operational focus, and people-first approach. 

Since becoming Joint MD in 2024, she has helped drive sustainable growth and efficiency, and co-led the agency's transition to an Employee Ownership Trust. 

A passionate mentor and advocate for female leadership, Alison co-founded the FOTW Female MD Roundtable; is also part of the 2025 cohort in the Women International Network Programme with the Department for Business and Trade and was named Campaign 40 Over 40 winner and Future Is Female 2025 finalist.
