Alyssa Gerardi

Alyssa is a strategic executive who has played a pivotal role in shaping the growth of McGill and Partners, in the US and now in London as Chief of Staff. 

 Starting her insurance career at Gallagher in NYC, Alyssa made a vast impact on the firm’s multinational client practice, becoming the first-ever US ambassador to Gallagher’s Global Network partners in Latin America. 

 At MGP, Alyssa was instrumental in building the US business from the ground up during the pandemic, leading critical operational, recruitment, and business development efforts. 

 She now works directly as a trusted adviser to the CEO and executive team, supporting high-priority initiatives including MGP’s differentiated client proposition and technology strategy. MGP has achieved $200m in revenue in just five years, while Alyssa has ensured the firm’s culture remain central to its rapid expansion.

 She advocates for women in business, previously involved in several groups and D&I initiatives, and mentoring young talent. A former competitive volleyball player, she credits team sports with shaping her leadership style – fostering collaboration and striving for excellence.
