Anna Hale

Chief Marketing Officer , Glanbia Performance Nutrition International

Anna Hale is the Chief Marketing Officer for Glanbia Performance Nutrition International, where she leads the end-to-end marketing agenda across international markets. Anna is passionate about health, wellness, and empowering people to become the best and healthiest versions of themselves. She oversees brand building, portfolio and innovation strategy, and winning, omnichannel marketing execution for the company's globally recognised portfolio of sports and active nutrition brands. 

Previously, Anna served as CMO of Karo Healthcare, a private-equity-owned consumer healthcare business, whose brands include E45, Lamisil, and Nutravita. As a member of the Executive Committee, she played a key role in shaping company strategy and was part of the leadership team that guided the sale of the business from EQT to KKR in 2025. 

Under her leadership, E45 won Channel 4's Diversity in Advertising Award for the breakthrough campaign This is me. This is my Space., recognised for its creative effectiveness and authentic representation. Earlier in her career, Anna held Vice President and Senior Marketing Director positions at Haleon and Reckitt, leading teams across the UK, Europe, and APAC. 

In 2024 and 2025, Anna was named in Marketing Week's Top 100 Marketers. Anna is also a Trustee of The Bridge, a women's health charity in Southwark dedicated to improving access, support, and healthy equality for women in the community.
