Beth is Managing Director, Service and Business Operations at BT Business, where she leads a global organisation of around 10,000 people dedicated to delivering exceptional service for customers, from small businesses to major multinationals, including critical national infrastructure. In her role, Beth oversees end-to-end service and operational delivery encompassing design, implementation, and management, ensuring world-class service performance underpinned by leading cyber security practices. Starting her career with Accenture in financial services, Beth has spent over a decade at BT in transformation, operational, and commercial leadership roles, consistently driving innovation and improved outcomes for customers. Based in Wiltshire with her husband and two young children, Beth is a passionate advocate for social mobility and inclusion.
