Catherine, Founder and Chief Commercial Officer of Uncovered, has grown her social agency from a two-person team in a Deptford flat to a 65-strong powerhouse, with North American expansion underway. Launching at just 26, she has driven +160% year-on-year revenue growth and +25% operating profit without external investment. She is shortlisted for Entrepreneur of the Year at Campaign UK’s Inspiring Women Awards 2025, whilst Uncovered is up for Campaign UK’s Social Media Agency of the Year 2024.

Uncovered delivers social-first campaigns that drove impact for 150+ brands across 19 industries in 2024 alone. Under Catherine’s leadership, the agency has won TikTok Awards for KFC, partnered with BYD during Euro 2024, taken Ed Sheeran’s hot sauce to Thailand, and played a key role in Labour’s election-winning strategy. During the pandemic, Catherine pivoted to online publishing, launching in-house social brands like Caught Snackin’ and Safe Space to sustain revenue. She remains committed to fostering talent, with women making up 72% of her workforce & 60% of senior leadership.
