Charlotte Hamill is COO at Born Social and Croud EMEA, and one of the UK’s most impactful young business leaders operating at scale. Responsible for a multidiscipline, multimarket workforce of 450, a Forbes 30 Under 30 honouree, Marketing Academy Alumni and soon to be a mum of 3, Char is recognised for delivering sustained commercial growth while building modern, people-first businesses grounded in Return on Intelligence – a leadership model that integrates creativity, data and technology to drive smarter growth.

Over the last 14 years Char has scaled the Born Social business into a global, social-first creative agency of 180 people with operations across London and launching successfully in New York. Under her leadership, Born Social has thrived, delivering consistent YoY growth, a stellar client list with a fantastic reputation for culture. Char pioneered Born Social’s values-led culture and led Born Social to B Corp certification in 2022. For the last 3.5 years she has driven the agency’s Impact agenda and reporting to maintain the high standards B Corp requires.

In April ‘25, Char was elevated to COO of Croud EMEA, taking additional executive responsibility for Croud EMEA Operations and operational and cultural integration and transformation between the two businesses.
