I am a dedicated, loyal, super passionate CEO and now, Co-founder. My passion is nurturing people, transforming sales performance and fostering gender diversity in the Technology sector. 

I love being the first to walk through the door but I love even more when I get to hold it open for other women. I was the founding Executive chair for Randstad's Gender Equity Network Group, I have spoken on Podcasts sharing my top tips for employers when fostering diverse talent and I partner with my local 6th form collage to mentor some of their students as they prepare to launch into the world of work.

My key achievements are; contributing to the closing of the gender pay gap at Pareto Law, being appointed the youngest Sales Director (also Pareto), securing the role of CEO at an Enterprise SaaS business at 34 (GOA), doubling turnover, tripling new customer POCs and finally, founding 2 businesses in 2025.

I hope the value I bring is around championing diversity, driving material revenue performance and an example that success does not need to be at the cost of kindness.
