Beyond managing Google’s most complex advertising partnerships and delivering double-digit client growth, Jade has spearheaded POWER, Google’s largest internal mentoring initiative, which grew by 409% under her leadership. As a Non-Executive Director (NED), she is currently spearheading a digital strategy transformation for Birmingham County FA (BCFA), modernizing grassroots football by leveraging her deep expertise in advertising and media.
