Jamie Weeks
Founder, The Weeks Collective
I'm the founder of The Weeks Collective, a creative consultancy launched in 2024 that balances exceptional client service with ethical practices and personal wellbeing.
My background spans strategic communications across various agency environments, culminating as client services director at brand activism agency Don't Cry Wolf, before I became a founder. With experience leading both large PR teams and small collaborative groups, and with such a broad background and previous client list, I have a unique insight into what it takes to enhance the client experience and create a high-performance environment that delivers against client briefs every single time.
My leadership capabilities were proven when simultaneously managing a 15-person team and orchestrating Don't Cry Wolf's largest integrated campaign for North Sails. Earlier accomplishments include co-leading W Communications' award-winning enterprise division at 25 and managing media strategy for CALM's Project 84 campaign, which placed 84 statues on ITV's buildings representing weekly male suicide victims.
When facing redundancy post-maternity leave in 2024, I chose entrepreneurship over corporate security, founding The Weeks Collective to deliver exceptional campaigns while partnering with trusted collaborators to make a positive impact in the world - proving that meaningful work and balanced lives can truly coexist."
