Jasmine Arnaiz is a media leader with over a decade of experience reshaping how brands engage with culture, communities and independent publishers. After building and scaling commercial and distribution products across some of the world’s most influential media businesses , including UNILAD Group (via Wildfire), Initiative IPG Mediabrand, Dexerto and FREEDA, she co-founded LOOP to address a systemic gap in the media industry.Having seen first-hand how investment and opportunity are concentrated among a handful of large publishers, Jasmine set out to build a more equitable model. As Co-Founder and COO of LOOP, she has helped create a community media agency that enables independent publishers and grassroots communities to compete commercially with global media giants , without compromising authenticity or values. Under her operational and product leadership, LOOP scaled from £28k revenue in its first year to over £900k in its second, delivering 28 campaigns across the UK, US, Canada and Australia for brands including Google, Amazon, EE, Sky and Hinge. Central to Jasmine’s approach is the belief that commercial success and social impact are not mutually exclusive. Through LOOP, she reinvests in the communities it represents, supports early-career talent from underrepresented backgrounds, and mentor the next generation of media leaders.
