Jessica Sweetenham

Jess has demonstrated exceptional leadership and resilience throughout her career, evolving from her early agency experiences to taking charge at One Agency Media as Digital Project Manager. In a remarkably short time, she was promoted to Head of Projects and later to Digital Director, driving significant success within One Agency. Upon inheriting a loss-making department, Jess’ strategic vision and steadfast attitude resulted in an impressive +443% YoY profit increase, +264% YoY turnover, and ‘Team of the Year’ award in 2024.

A key SLT member, Jess shapes One Agency’s direction with evidence-backed insights and a drive for innovation. She spearheaded the integration of new technologies, including AR, while securing major client wins for One Agency, including HUDA Beauty and The Ordinary. Jess led the Embassy Village account, securing donations for the homelessness charity to build their village for those in need.

 Outside her professional role, Jess is a passionate advocate for women's empowerment and career development, serving as a UN Delegate, and mentoring at Bloom North and Digital Her. She fosters a positive work culture within her department, boasting a remarkable 83.3% retention rate and promoting authenticity and trust. Jess is committed to opening doors for apprentices & nurturing future talent.
