Jordan Graham

I am committed to elevating diversity in senior leadership, and empowering leaders at all levels of organisations to help lead a better world. I am proud to have made a measurable impact through facilitating both the clients I partner with, and the organisations I’ve worked within, to rethink the role and responsibilities of business in creating a sustainable society, and take action to help get us there. 

For the last decade I’ve been a leader in the L&D sector, specialising in driving purpose-driven organisational culture change for clients during periods of uncertainty and change, and creating inclusive environments where everyone can thrive. My work brings value by marrying academic rigour with organisational practice, including through my current doctoral research on how we can realise gender equity at the top levels of organisations and corporate boards. 

I’ve had the immense privilege of working around the globe with clients in the professional services, finance/fintech, pharmaceutical, FMCG, energy, higher education, charity, and public sectors. A global citizen, my perspective has been broadened by living in several countries (Canada, United States, Ireland, Cyprus, Taiwan) in addition to the United Kingdom where I have been settled since 2013, and a citizen since 2025.
