Katharina Erfort

Katharina Erfort is a Principal and Recruitment Director at Inverto, a BCG Company, where she has rapidly ascended the ranks. Since joining as a Project Manager, she was promoted to Principal in just three and a half years, a testament to her exceptional leadership and impact.

Her projects have delivered £100 million+ in savings for blue-chip clients in retail, food, and energy, leveraging structured, data-driven procurement strategies. Beyond client work, Katharina plays a pivotal role in shaping the firm’s future - leading recruitment strategies and driving internal culture initiatives that strengthen Inverto’s collaborative and inclusive workplace.

 In 2022, Katharina was selected for the prestigious Team Coach role, a global six-month secondment awarded only to Inverto’s most promising leadership talent. In this role, she coached project teams and worked closely with the Managing Board, influencing key people management strategies.
