Starting straight out of university, she built and nurtured 13+ year partnerships with major brands like Sky Bet & Gaming and Sky, transforming one-off briefs into decade-long relationships.

 Her leadership has streamlined operations, increased profitability, and grown new business, all while ensuring a people-first approach. She successfully implemented FOTW’s Employee Ownership Trust (EOT), fostering a culture of shared success, and founded the Female MD Roundtable to support and connect women in the industry.

 Beyond the agency, Laice has built a small loyal TikTok community in the destination bridal space, using the platform to share valuable insights.

 Her impact goes beyond business metrics - Laice is reshaping leadership, championing inclusivity, and proving that success doesn’t have to come at the expense of culture.
