Mae is the Managing Director of SEEN Connects, a leading social and influencer marketing agency trusted by global brands including eBay, John Lewis, Waitrose, Arla, ABBA Voyage, Auto Trader and Superdrug.
Her career began in traditional media before moving into media partnerships and influencer marketing at WPP agency Goat, where she played a pivotal role in scaling client investment and driving measurable success for some of the world’s biggest brands.
As a teenager, she loved watching vloggers and, despite finding it daunting, started her own YouTube channel. What began as an experiment quickly became life-changing, building a global community, developing her confidence, and honing the communication skills that would later shape her career.
Today, Mae champions authentic creator collaborations, data-led impact, and insight-driven creative strategies, underpinned by rigorous performance measurement. As a young Managing Director and working mother, she also speaks openly about modern leadership, advocating for inclusive cultures, growth, resilience and joy in the industry. She is more focused than ever on creating an agency culture where women do not have to pretend to be louder, tougher or endlessly “on” just to belong. Because there is power in leading quietly and growing something big without shouting.
