I’m an award-winning Marketer, Speaker and Women’s Health and Career specialist building women’s careers and breaking taboos that hold them back. At 21, I was diagnosed with a lifelong connective tissue disorder that left me battling debilitating chronic pain, crushed my confidence and nearly destroyed my career.

Since then, I’ve spent over a decade at top advertising agencies, building multi-million pound portfolios, high-performing teams and impactful campaigns for iconic brands like Instagram, Durex and UNICEF. I’ve rebuilt my health, rediscovered my voice and been recognised as a Future Leader driving industry change.

Now, as founder of The Limitless Collective, I empower female leaders to achieve their ambitions without sacrificing their wellbeing. As a UCL Dean’s List Honouree in Brain Sciences and trainee Embodied Transformation Coach, I blend lived experience with leadership expertise and bring a fresh, holistic and science-backed approach to professional growth. I’ve partnered with dream brands like Allbright and Wellnergy Festival and help businesses boost performance, wellbeing and retention – whilst enabling the 36% of UK talent managing long-term health conditions to achieve their true potential.
