Natalie leads and develops the senior leadership team, embedding accountability, high performance and inclusive leadership across the business. She owns Found’s commercial outcomes, including revenue growth, profitability and client retention, and has played a central role in evolving the agency’s proposition to meet changing client needs and market dynamics.

A standout achievement of Natalie’s leadership is the creation and launch of Found’s trademarked proposition, Everysearch™, which has stregthened client performance, increased retention and accelerated new business growth. Under her direction, Found has delivered sustained revenue growth while maintaining strong profitability and disciplined margins.
