Since joining the company in 2022, Puja has played a central role in a period of rapid transformation. During her tenure, Creditspring has grown its customer base more than fivefold, while revenue has increased from £8.5m to £47m. The business is now profitable for the second consecutive year, reflecting a decisive shift from growth-at-all-costs to sustainable, economically sound scaling. 

Puja’s career spans the non-profit education sector (Teach For India) and global technology companies including Amazon and OYO, giving her a rare blend of mission-led purpose and commercial discipline.
