Rebecca Bell

Rebecca Bell is Managing Director of Spectrum Service Solutions, a multi-award-winning, family-owned facilities management business employing over 700 people across the UK. Rebecca progressed through operational roles before becoming Operations Director, and in January 2025 was appointed Managing Director following a carefully planned generational transition.

In the last 12 months, Rebecca has reset Spectrum’s strategic direction with a clear focus on sustainable growth, operational excellence and people-centred leadership. Under her leadership, the business has delivered strong commercial results, including key contract extensions, new business wins and a healthy forward pipeline supporting ambitious growth projections for 2026.

During this period, Spectrum has received significant external recognition, including awards for Environmental Sustainability and Outstanding Performing Business (over 25 employees), and finalist status in the Northern Star Business Awards.

Beyond her role within Spectrum, Rebecca is an active advocate for regional business and economic development. She sits on the board of Renfrewshire Chamber of Commerce, working collaboratively with fellow business leaders to support local enterprise, skills development and positive outcomes for the wider community.
