When Simone joined Bicycle in January 2023 as employee #20, she inherited a fractured digital team with no clear direction. Within 24 months, she transformed this dysfunction into the agency's most dynamic and profitable division, generating 25% of total agency income through the Bicycle Blade performance business, which she founded from scratch. 

Starting as a team of one, Simone articulated a clear vision that expanded beyond traditional media planning and buying into AI-driven creative production and customer experience transformation. Her digital practice now represents one-third of the agency's total talent, a remarkable achievement. She advocates a ‘One Team’ culture that actively dismantles industry siloes, rejects instituted recruitment practices that neglect underrepresented communities, and mentors rising women in media. 

The launch of Blade stands as her signature achievement - bridging the industry's persistent gap between brand and performance marketing.
