Siobhan McDade is redefining what modern publishing leadership looks like.

As Chief Publishing Officer at Jungle Creations, she leads a diversified, multi-million-pound publishing and brand partnerships division spanning content, social, video, production, IP, commerce and creator operations across one of the UK’s fastest-growing digital media groups.

Since stepping into executive leadership in 2023, she has transformed the division structurally and commercially. She reduced reliance on a single dominant revenue stream from 70% of total revenue to 45%, while still growing that revenue line year-on-year. In 2025, she delivered record-breaking +30% YoY revenue growth and an +80% increase in EBITDA through strategic diversification and AI-led operational efficiencies.

She has scaled Jungle’s portfolio to 150M+ followers, propelled Four Nine into one of the UK’s fastest-growing female publishers and top-performing video podcasts, and future-proofed the business through acquisitions including SPORF ahead of a major global sporting cycle.

Alongside commercial performance, publishing’s employee Net Promoter Score has increased by 37 points under her leadership.
