"Sophie is the youngest leadership board member of Top 5 media agency PHD UK. This year she celebrates a decade of working in media. She joined PHD in 2022 as its youngest ever media investment lead and currently now oversees a department of 100 people representing all digital media specialisms.
Sophie has used her experience in transformation to deliver business results and provide thought leadership within the industry.
Innovation is at the forefront of Sophie’s transformation planning. She drives thought leadership in the industry with her monthly New Digital Age column where she has provided guidance on hot media industry topics such as in-housing, sustainability, and gaming.
Most recently, her focus has been on building a media maturity acceleration tool which looks at best practice across all media channels to mitigate modern digital media challenges (3rd party cookie deprecation, for example). The tool shows gaps in a client’s media set up which are preventing them from driving further business growth. The tool unlocked £40k of incremental revenue with its first client alone and has now been rolled out across the entire agency as a new revenue-generating product offering.
Sophie also provides mentorship for women of all ages in the industry, from helping transform confidence for mothers re-entering the workforce to supporting junior talent as they carve out their career path focus."
