Named one of UK's Top 100 BAME Leaders in Tech, I have a proven track record in developing and delivering growth strategies for both agencies and brands. Having spent nearly 2 decades in the industry I have the knowhow needed to navigate the competitive landscape, developing GTM strategies that cut through the noise.   

I'm passionate about building relationships with clients. I support senior executives and organisations in clarifying and solving their business challenges, surfacing the barriers to, and strategizing the path to growth, alongside coaching leaders to realise their growth potential.   

I have played a pivotal role in the growth of a number of agencies, including ForwardPMX. I supported the business to scale from 30 -1000 people, 1-20 offices and ultimately the sale of the agency followed by two subsequent mergers.   

I am an advocate for change in the industry and spend my free time mentoring future leaders from Black, Asian and ethnic minority backgrounds across the industry.
