Susannah Matschke

Susannah Matschke serves as the Head of Data and AI Consulting at Sopra Steria Next UK, where she leads transformative initiatives across sectors such as central government, transport, and policing. With an MSc in Data Science, Susannah has a proven track record of building and scaling high-performing Data and AI capabilities, building Sopra Steria Next’s Data and AI consulting capability from the ground up in 2022.

 Notably, she has spearheaded an industry-leading project within the construction industry for a critical national infrastructure client to develop a Common Data Model, establishing best practices for Digital Twin implementation. 

Beyond her day to day responsibilities, Susannah is deeply committed to advancing women in technology, leading the Women in Data Consulting group at Sopra Steria Next. She works hard to be a voice for women in the technology space, speaking on AI at events including CXPartners’ Customer Centricity Month 2024, Public Sector AI Week and Digital Leaders. Her leadership and advocacy make her a prominent figure in shaping the future of Data and AI, fostering innovation.
