Vicky Wills

Vicky is the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Exclaimer, bringing over a decade of experience in the digital and technology space across both established businesses and startups. With a strong foundation in software engineering, she has led teams at major tech companies like Depop and Opendesk. Before joining Exclaimer, Vicky served as the CTO at Zego, a London-based insurtech company. Her expertise lies in building and scaling technology teams in early-stage and high-growth companies, with a particular focus on team structuring and process optimisation.

 As a CTO, Vicky goes beyond the traditional technical leadership role, embodying the responsibilities of a Chief Product and Technology Officer (CPTO). She not only drives technical excellence but also helps shape product strategy to maximise customer impact. While she occasionally misses the hands-on aspect of coding, Vicky’s passion for organisational development and setting technical strategies keeps her energised. She is a firm believer in empathy, effective communication, and prioritisation as essential leadership traits.
