With a background in operations and over a decade of agency experience, Zoë specialises in scaling agencies that balance strong commercial performance with sustainable culture.

Reboot closed a record-breaking £4.3m in revenue in 2025 and achieved its highest-ever monthly revenue, while maintaining EBITDA margins of 30%. Since joining Reboot in 2023, Zoë has overseen a period of stabilisation and growth, taking the business from £3m in revenue and c.5% EBITDA to its strongest commercial position to date. She has played a central role in professionalising how the agency operates, from delivery and performance frameworks through to leadership accountability.

Zoë has also challenged traditional agency models, leading the introduction of a four-day workweek, remote-first operations, transparent pay and clearly-defined career progression, helping retain A-player talent and build resilient teams. Recognised at the UK Company Culture Awards, winning ‘Best Remote Working Initiative of the Year’ three-times.
