Zoe is the Brand Partnerships Director at InterTalent, the UK’s leading independent entertainment talent agency. She sits at the centre of commercial strategy, talent development and brand innovation, leading the strategy and execution of major partnerships - from endorsements and global sponsorships to product collaborations aligned with talent personal brands.

Since joining in 2023, Zoe has established and scaled the Brand Partnerships division from inception into a high-performing commercial function, embedding new revenue streams, operational frameworks and long-term commercial strategy across the agency, securing partnerships generating over £15 million in talent fees.

Having built out a team, she has positioned InterTalent as a market leader in strategic brand partnerships, strengthening the agency’s reputation with major brands and unlocking higher-value, longer-term commercial opportunities 

Her role combines negotiation of complex multi-market deals with long-term talent strategy, ensuring partnerships are commercially powerful, culturally authentic, and reputation-safe. 

In 2025, she was promoted to Talent Director, expanding my remit to include identifying high-potential talent and creating strategy for approaches.

Her ambition is to redefine how talent, brands and culture collaborate - in the UK and internationally - delivering work that is both culturally relevant and commercially transformative.
